Lovely peaceful location near a river walk. Easy to get to many lovely places. Very well equipped kitchen and useful to have Netflix!

Mattresses were too hard for us oldies.

The property is in the perfect location if you want to one d and relax. Great for walking the dog and exploring the countryside.

The property really does need a complete decoration from top to bottom, it's really tired and in places was in need of repair.

Great for our family-group stay. A good spacious living area. Lovely rural location, yet good access to the pretty S Devon beaches, estuaries and towns.

The barn was a little cool as it isn't wonderfully sited to catch the sun (and, sadly, the weather wasn't great)
